Vivinne Perfumery is an online perfume and fragrance store. We sell curated perfumes, fragrance oils, body mists and related scent products, depending on current stock.

Some products may be sourced from authorized distributors, importers, brand partners or trusted suppliers. Unless we clearly state otherwise, we do not claim to be the manufacturer, brand owner or exclusive official representative of third-party fragrance brands.

By using Vivinne Perfumery, you confirm that:

We try to describe each product clearly, including the name, size, scent family, notes, available options, pricing and delivery expectations where available.

Fragrance experience is personal. Scent strength, projection, longevity and how a perfume smells on skin may vary based on body chemistry, climate, storage and usage.

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless another currency is clearly displayed. We may update prices at any time before checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Korapay. By paying, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the order amount.

We deliver to the country, state, city and address provided at checkout, subject to service availability. You are responsible for entering complete and reachable delivery details.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may happen because of stock confirmation, courier availability, weather, holidays, security checks, address issues or events outside our control.

Perfumes are personal-care products, so returns are limited for hygiene, safety and authenticity reasons.

To request help with an order, contact support with your Vivinne Perfumery reference ID as soon as possible.

We aim to source products responsibly from trusted suppliers and legitimate commercial channels. Third-party brand names, trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products being sold.

If you are a brand owner or rights holder and believe a listing needs review, contact us with enough information to verify the issue.

You agree not to use Vivinne Perfumery to:

We may refuse, cancel, suspend or report activity that appears unsafe, fraudulent or unlawful.

The Vivinne Perfumery name, website content, product presentation, photos we create, copy, interface and internal tools are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Third-party fragrance brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivinne Perfumery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data or issues caused by inaccurate delivery details you provide.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date and, where appropriate, notify you through the website, email or another reasonable channel.

Your continued use of Vivinne Perfumery after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
